To make sure that everybody working in our laboratories knows how safety is organized and is familiar with the basic rules of working safely, new collaborators should work through this brief online introduction to laser safety within the first two weeks in the lab.
Follow the arrows at the top of each page. At the end of it, you will be asked to answer a few questions. If you pass the test, you will be able to print a dated form confirming that you took this introduction. Signed by you, it will document that you have received the necessary biosafety information as required by law.

Um sicherzustellen, dass jeder, der im Labor arbeitet, weiss, wie die Lasersicherheit organisiert ist und mit den Grundregeln des sicheren Arbeitens vertraut ist, sollen neue Mitarbeiter diese kurze Einführung zur Lasersicherheit innerhalb der ersten zwei Wochen durcharbeiten.
